The Desiderio Auto comes standard with all accessories shown and offers the Optional steam only hose with nozzle allowing a longer smaller hose when vacuuming is not desired.

Steam and extract simultaneously the dirtiest of hard surface floors! Our water filtration system achieves results better than a hepa filtration system! We then added a secondary filter at the exit for the purest of air filtration. The Desiderio Auto does not offer an injection feature for deep cleaning carpeting please see the Desiderio Plus for the full featured steam cleaner.

1. Continuous fill for non-stop cleaning

Featuring a continuous refill boiler pressurized at 75 psi creating 318° of hot cleaning power. An audible signal notifies you when to add more water to the 1.5 ltr reservoir and continue to clean! 

2. Wet / Dry Vacuum

The bag-less water filtration system traps 99.9% of dirt and dust in the collection tank and exits through the additional filter. The two stage filtration system will contain nearly all contaminants, allergens driven by a commercial strength two stage vacuum motor. The vacuum has adjustable suction for delicate items such as draperies to high suction for carpets. Since the steam and vacuum combination makes cleaning so extraordinarily easy, the uses are endless! Cleaning the machine is a matter of dumping the waste water! It just could not be easier.

Vapor Clean was born 24 years ago, by chance from a simple idea: grout cleaning. Kathy ran across an ad for a home demonstration that used steam to clean grout. After years of using a toothbrush on her hands and knees, she scheduled an appointment and was blown away by how effective using super-heated water vapor to clean the grout was. She began researching and discovered that although steam cleaning was huge in Italy, it was basically unheard of in the States. Kathy saw the potential for growing a business well beyond just a cleaning service. The uses for steam, both residential and commercially, were virtually limitless. She was determined to bring this technology to the American market and at an affordable price to the consumer unlike the expensive few on the market at the time.

In the mid-90s Italy was the sole source for steam cleaners, so the task was no easy one. She spent a couple of years selling other importers machines while working towards her goal. A singlemom at the time, she spent what little remained in her savings account to buy a plane ticket to Italy. But it was money well spent. She returned to the States with a successful agreement with an Italian rep and manufacturer and Vapor Clean was finally launched.
