1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We make checkout fast and secure. MachineShark accepts:

2. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all items. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Need to cancel? No problem—most orders can be canceled for a 100% refund before they ship. Just email us at info@machineshark.com as soon as possible so we can process your request quickly. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.

Important Exceptions:

  • Custom Orders & Backorders: Because these items are made-to-order or reserved specifically for you, they are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing costs.

  • All other standard orders canceled prior to shipping receive a full refund.

At MachineShark, we believe in transparency. While cancellations do create unavoidable processing fees, we’ll always work with you to find the best solution and make the process as smooth as possible.

4. What if my product is damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but in rare cases, damage can occur during transit. If that happens, we’ll work with you quickly to make it right.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Inspect at Delivery: Please examine the packaging and item(s) as soon as they arrive. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the box at that moment, write “suspect damage.”

  2. Notify Us Promptly: To qualify for a replacement, credit, or refund, you must notify us of any damage or defects within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@machineshark.com (photos required). Phone calls alone cannot be accepted, as we need email documentation for carriers.

  3. Resolution Options: Once reported, we’ll offer one of the following within 1 business day:

    • Free replacement parts

    • Discount to keep the item as-is

    • Full refund or replacement

Important Notes:

  • If you choose to accept a discount or replacement parts, you’ll have 3 business days to confirm or decline the offer.

  • Please keep all original packaging, boxes, and damaged items in case inspection is required by the freight carrier.

  • As an online dealer, we are not able to coordinate or perform repairs.

5. How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy:

  • Online: Click “Add to Cart” on your product, then proceed to Secure Checkout.

  • By Phone: Call us at (833) 767-4275.

You’ll receive an instant order confirmation and we’ll process your order right away.

6. How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. 

7. Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provide. Please double-check your email address at checkout to ensure delivery.

8. Do you charge sales tax?

We are located in Illinois and charge sales tax for Illinois. Since we have warehouses across America, depending on which state your shipping address is in, sales tax may apply. Customers using Shop Pay will automatically be charged sales tax per Shop Pay policy.

9. Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Just email us at info@machineshark.com.

  • If the new order costs less, we’ll issue a refund.

  • If it costs more, we’ll send you a custom invoice for the difference.

10. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship same day or within 2 business days. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. Rare delays may occur, but we pride ourselves on:
