At MachineShark, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping costs, order processing, freight deliveries, product quality, cancellations, and returns.
Shipping Costs
We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 within the continental United States.
⚠️ Exceptions: Oversized or freight-only items may not qualify for free shipping. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page or communicated prior to fulfillment.
Order Processing & Confirmation

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming credit card authorization and your shipping/billing details.

Processing Times: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Tracking Information: You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 business days, please contact us at info@machineshark.com.

Lead Times: Standard in-stock items typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Custom Orders: Some models are custom-made and may require 4–5 weeks to ship. If delivery timing is important, please contact us before ordering.

Backorders: Due to high demand, certain items may only be available on backorder during specific windows. Contact our team to confirm availability.

Rush Shipping: Need it faster? Reach out for expedited shipping rates and options.
Freight Shipping
Some products are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or FedEx. In these cases, your order will ship via a freight carrier. We will select the carrier best suited for your delivery.
What to Expect

Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are delivered to the curb or driveway only. Drivers are not required to bring items inside your home, garage, or backyard.

Scheduling & Signature Required: The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. You’ll be given a date and time window, and a signature is required at delivery.

Delivery Times: Freight shipping is more complex than standard delivery. Occasional delays may occur outside of our control, and exact times cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Checklist

Arrange for help if needed to move heavy or bulky items.

Inspect packaging and items at delivery.

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (or write “suspect damage” if unsure).
Product Quality Guarantee
At MachineShark, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. While damage during transit is rare, if it does occur, we’ll work with you quickly to resolve the issue.
What to Do at Delivery

Inspect Your Package: Examine packaging and item(s) as soon as they arrive.

If Damage Is Visible: Note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the box immediately, write “suspect damage.”

If the Item Is Clearly Damaged: Refuse delivery and notify us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Reporting a Problem

Notify us of any damage or defects within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@machineshark.com with photos.

Phone calls alone cannot be accepted, as carriers require written documentation.
Resolution Options

Important: Keep all packaging, boxes, and damaged items in case inspection is required by the freight carrier.
Cancellations & Returns
We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we offer a fair and transparent return policy.

Cancellations: You can cancel any standard order for a 100% refund before it ships. Please email info@machineshark.com immediately. Once shipped, the order is subject to our return policy.

Custom Orders & Backorders: These may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.

Return Window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in new, unopened condition. Some brands or products may have different return requirements—please check individual product pages.

Condition of Returns: Returned products must include original packaging, all parts, and components. Customer is responsible for ensuring products meet local codes or inspection requirements before purchase.

Restocking & Fees:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the original outbound shipping cost (even if “free shipping” was offered).

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Damages: If an item arrives damaged, follow our Product Quality Guarantee process above. Damaged returns may be denied if not reported promptly.

RMA Required: Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us to request one before shipping your return.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
