Freight Items: Large items shipped via freight require a signature. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days in new, unopened condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping. An RMA number is required — contact us to obtain one.
Damaged Items: Inspect packaging on arrival. Refuse visibly damaged freight shipments and note it on the delivery receipt. Email photos to info@machineshark.com and we'll handle the insurance claim and resolution.
