Formax AP4 Monochrome Digital Address Printer
The AP4 High-Volume Monochrome Digital Address Printer is designed for in-line applications, and features an industry-leading 4-inch print area and a 2+4+2 head configuration. This workhorse can print up to 26,000 #10 envelopes per hour, or up to 34,000 postcards per hour, with variable print resolutions up to 600 DPI, and the ability to print on a variety of coated and uncoated stocks.
The infeed transport deck has positionable transport belts and guides that run under the belts for spot-on print registration at high speeds. Three independent print head banks offer a total 4-inch print height, and can overlap if needed, with a maximum print range of 12.75”. It accommodates pieces up to 1/2” thick.
For flexibility, the AP4 is available as a stand-alone model, compatible with a variety of feeders and existing mailing equipment. It’s also available as the AP4F which combines the AP4 with the AP12 Heavy-Duty Friction Feeder to hold up to 500 #10 envelopes.
Its user-friendly color touchscreen includes an adjustable backlight, and provides full control of functions, including the ability to store and recall common print jobs, up to 16GB. The user interface allows users to preview jobs, change output speed, access troubleshooting tools, and even estimate the cost of a job before sending it to print.
Additional features include on-screen ink monitoring for both percentage used and approximate pieces remaining, USB 3.0/LAN connectivity, the ability to print any TrueType font, spot color capability, and batch/job/lifetime counters. Options include a conveyor stacker for easy handling after printing, and an infrared dryer for high-speed drying.

Formax agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there was no abuse and we first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period. Wearable parts are not covered under warranty. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses.
Warranty claims must be submitted with a replacement part order. All parts are shipped FOB Dover, NH.
If you require a lift-gate or inside delivery for any Formax products, you may be charged an extra fee. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days.
Some models are custom made, and can take as long as 4-5 weeks to ship depending on the model and series. Please contact customer service before ordering if delivery time is a concern of yours.

Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to email@example.com . We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Installation & Training on Equipment Purchases Formax takes pride in exceeding your service expectations and will do this right from the start. All equipment solutions purchased from Formax Direct include on-site installation and training of key operators. A refresher course for further operator training is also available within the first 90 days after installation. To speak with a service dispatcher to log your call and to receive an estimated time of arrival either at the time of your call or within 60 minutes.
On-site technical support in most cases occurs the same day a service call is placed or at most within 24 hours. Priority is always given to mission-critical applications such as payroll so that your company is able to meet its most important deadlines.
If we are unable to restore full functionality to your Formax product within 24 hours of our original arrival, we will be happy to furnish your company with a loaner when and where available.
Service Agreements Formax Service Agreements provide complete equipment maintenance that increase equipment longevity and productivity. Standard hours of operation are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Formax Service Agreements cover parts, labor and either one or two preventative maintenance calls per year for most machines. Preventative maintenance calls are scheduled periodically and include:
Inspection of all components
All necessary adjustments, cleaning, proper lubrication and oiling
Test-run of customer media whenever available
Follow-up operator training on request
Other benefits of a Formax Service Agreement include: your ability to budget a fixed cost for maintaining your equipment, priority service, and the elimination of delays involved with generating a purchase order to track invoicing and call placement.

The safe just arrived. Perfect condition, Fed Ex delivery was prompt. Was delivered on a heavy straight truck. The safe is 1100 pounds and heavy duty, well built and extremely solid. Best safe I’ve ever owned. I will definitely buy another Hollon safe! Best on the market as far as I can tell and I’ve owned several, broken into several and know safes pretty well. This TL safe is overbuilt! My purchase experience was exceptional from MachineShark. Simple, smooth ordering, great selection and stellar customer service! Again, be warned, this safe is HEAVY for its size and is what you want in a good safe.
While it is a heavy safe, the walls feel a little thinner than they should, almost like I could cut through the top with a portable circular saw in 10 minutes. You can tell that almost half of the safes total weight is in the door. (The door and locking bolts are robust smooth and satisfying)
Though the advertisement says it doesn not come with mounting hardware it did have four concrete anchors, However their quality is so cheap I really wouldnt use them for anything!
The single piece of felt as "dressing" feels a little insulting but its better than nothing? Luckily I could tell from photos the interior would be bare bones and I prepared accordingly.
The biggest Plus and dissapointment is the Seargeant and Greenleaf Lock thats on the door, which is very smooth and satisfying to use! However despite all the packing protection my lock still arrived severely scratched. (Its Not a display piece so no huge whoop but its still an expensive product youd expect to arrive in New condition).
All in all Im satisfied with this purchase as it works for what i need it for. I think however if i had to do it again, knowing what i know now and given the price point, I could do a little more reasearch, possibly spend a tiny bit more and get something more impressive.
