With a 31.5" cutting width, the 33H handles large parent sheets to reduce waste and paper costs — without the footprint of a larger cutter. Removable front and rear tables let it fit through a standard 36" doorway, making installation simple even in tight spaces.

True hydraulic power drives both the blade and clamp for smooth, consistent cuts with minimal operator effort. A touchscreen-adjustable hydraulic pressure system lets you fine-tune performance based on paper weight and stack height — ensuring crisp, accurate results every time.

Warranty

• Lifetime limited warranty on Deskside and Office Shredder cutting heads
• Lifetime limited warranty on Industrial Shredder cutting heads (parts only) 
• 1-year warranty on High Security and Specialty Shredder cutting heads    
• Formax agrees to repair or replace any defective part covered under warranty, provided there was no abuse and written notice is received within the warranty period
• Warranty claims must be submitted with a replacement part order; all parts shipped FOB Dover, NH

Note: Formax does not accept returns. If the machine is not performing to its capabilities, we can warranty it, troubleshoot, and — if applicable — arrange an exchange.

• Orders ship within the lead time listed on the product page; delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment
• Some models are custom-made and may take 4–5 weeks to ship — contact us if delivery timing is critical
• Tracking information is sent within 24 hours of shipment; freight deliveries require a signature and scheduled delivery appointment

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We'll verify stock availability and reach out if any item is on backorder. If your item is available, we'll process payment and submit for shipment right away.

Returns & Cancellations

• Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened condition with original packaging and all components
• Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee; customer is responsible for return and original shipping costs
• All returns require an RMA number — contact us to generate one
• Damaged items upon arrival should be photographed and reported immediately to info@machineshark.com

Service & Maintenance

Formax offers comprehensive on-site service and maintenance programs to protect your investment and maximize equipment longevity. Service Agreements cover parts, labor, and one or two preventative maintenance visits per year.

Service hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding holidays), with after-hours emergency support available.

All equipment purchased from Formax Direct includes on-site installation and operator training. A refresher course is available within the first 90 days after installation.
