    The Formax Punch100A Semi-Automatic Electric Punching System is a fast, reliable, heavy-duty punch built for a wide range of binding applications. Delivering up to three times the productivity of standard tabletop punching machines, the Punch100A is the ideal upgrade for offices and print shops with growing punching volumes.

    The precision vertical punching system uses gravity to keep every sheet perfectly aligned, ensuring consistent hole placement even on thicker document sets. An intuitive control panel displays paper format, pitch adjustment, and auto sensor status via LED indicators, making operation straightforward for any operator.

    The adjustable paper stop features an auto sensor that instantly engages the punching mechanism and automatically ejects sheets onto the adjustable catch tray — keeping them neat and ready for binding. Operators can also use the foot pedal for manual activation. A document shelf keeps sheets organized prior to punching, and individually disengageable punch pins prevent partially punched holes.

    A wide variety of heavy-duty interchangeable dies swap quickly without tools, supporting double-loop wire, plastic comb, and spiral coil binding in various pitches — all from one machine.
