Our full service warranty includes 1 year defective Parts & Labor and lifetime boiler and heating element replacement. All service is provided by Vapor Clean.

Start Up Guide
1. Remove the pop off black cap from the reservoir and fill to the top with filtered water or high quality tap water. Do not use distilled unless mixed with tap water at a minimum ratio of 20% tap/80% distilled.
2. Push down both power & steam buttons that will light orange/red. The pump will begin to pump and both the yellow low water and green lights will flash, the orange light will stop flashing, the green light will continue to flash. You may need to add water more than once. The gauge will rise to approx. 6 bar and the heating light will go solid.
3. During this time you may attach your hose and confirm it is locked in place.
4. When the gauge has stopped and the steam ready light is solid pull the trigger on the hose and begin releasing air from the boiler. The first release will cause the gauge to drop quickly to approximately 2 bar. This has now released a large portion of air from the boiler.
Allow the gauge to rise again to the 6 bar range and the ready light is solid – pull the steam trigger and release. This time it should only drop to 3-4 Bar and repeat this action typically one more time.
You are now ready to steam, your boiler is full and will stay that way unless you empty it for maintenance. Refill anytime your refill light illuminates and the beeper notifies you. Your steam ready light will always go solid while heated and sitting idle, and will flash when you are using the machine as this indicates the boiler is heating as you are steaming.
Remember, the lower the steam pressure, the higher the consistent temperature and the drier the steam and your pressure will stay more consistent
Pressure is great for down and dirty cleaning, but for everything else....turn it down! More condensation will occur at a higher pressure output and quicker unnecessary added pressure loss....so once again, keep it down and let the heat do the cleaning

Vapor Clean was born 24 years ago, by chance from a simple idea: grout cleaning. Kathy ran across an ad for a home demonstration that used steam to clean grout. After years of using a toothbrush on her hands and knees, she scheduled an appointment and was blown away by how effective using super-heated water vapor to clean the grout was. She began researching and discovered that although steam cleaning was huge in Italy, it was basically unheard of in the States. Kathy saw the potential for growing a business well beyond just a cleaning service. The uses for steam, both residential and commercially, were virtually limitless. She was determined to bring this technology to the American market and at an affordable price to the consumer unlike the expensive few on the market at the time.
In the mid-90s Italy was the sole source for steam cleaners, so the task was no easy one. She spent a couple of years selling other importers machines while working towards her goal. A singlemom at the time, she spent what little remained in her savings account to buy a plane ticket to Italy. But it was money well spent. She returned to the States with a successful agreement with an Italian rep and manufacturer and Vapor Clean was finally launched.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days.
Some models are custom made, and can take as long as 4-5 weeks to ship depending on the model and series. Please contact customer service before ordering if delivery time is a concern of yours.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to email@example.com . We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
