Steven - We apologize for the issue with your steamer. Reliable warranties their products and a replacement part is en route. With the US government shutdown, the replacement part is coming from Canada and has been subject to reduced customs staff. This has unfortunately doubled the time to get to you. We want to ensure you get up and running again as soon as possible.
This is a good looking, smooth acting safe. It is clearly built with care and attention to detail and I have no doubt that it will do it's job for me for many years.
