Delivery was posting as arriving the 21st then they called the 21st to say it was coming today I don’t have the item and today he wont answer the phone. Called another number and they said that the item was not dispatched and they can’t get them to answer the phone either.
The machine is great. It is a life saver. It makes my job easier and I can do other things besides folding papers by hand.
The program is great and the key works flawlessly.
