I’m completely new to laser cutting. I was looking for something to get me started that wasn’t super pricy as I was taking a risk purchasing this equipment with no experience. My purchase was solely to laser cut and not engrave so when I do get around to engraving that will just be a bonus. I did do the test engraving and it turned out fine so I doubt I’ll have any struggles with that. I gotta say the whole process was super easy from purchasing/delivery to setup and learning to make my first cuts. It has been great! I’ve been making and selling my items on Etsy. This purchase has allowed me to introduce new products into my shop of almost 9 years. Once the positive reviews started coming in it made me more confident in knowing I made the right choice. I know it will pay itself off in no time! Thanks for making my entry into the laser cutting world seamless and a positive one!!

Excellent customer support for my Qidi I-Fast

I purchased a Qidi I-Fast printer from MachineShark in 2023. I received it quickly. It came with quick-start instructions to make setup easy. Now that I have had the printer for over a year, I want to tell people about Qidi's amazing customer support for my printer after hundreds of hours of successful projects I have printed on the machine. Qidi has helped tremendously on my learning path of 3d printing (i knew nothing about 3d printing when I bought it). They have supplied comprehensive instructions when I have questions about hardware and software. They respond quickly to emails, sometimes sending detailed videos to explain. I have to say, I can't think of any manufacturer that has given me such great support.
